The book Public Service Ethics - A Quest for Naitik Bharat was released on December 5, 2021, at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Conference Hall in New Delhi.

The Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, unveiled the book, which was authored by Shri Prabhat Kumar, the first Governor of Jharkhand and former Cabinet Secretary.

Shri Kumar, who is also the President of the IC Centre for Governance, explores the importance of ethics in public service and highlights the need for ethical leadership to foster a morally upright and accountable governance system in India.
