Study on the Right to Public Services
The Centre for Governance in collaboration with National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG).
The study on the Right to Public Services (RPS) aims to examine the implementation and effectiveness of laws and policies that ensure timely and efficient delivery of public services to citizens. The study will focus on comparing the act and its coverage in the states of the country. It will explore the legal structures, mechanisms for service delivery, grievance redressal systems, and accountability measures. By analyzing the success and challenges of these models, the study seeks to offer insights into improving service delivery, enhancing transparency, and ensuring better governance in the public sector.
