My Nation, My Responsibility

A nation is not built by governments alone. It is built by citizens who care, participate, and take responsibility for the world around them.

Bharat – I Care is an initiative of the IC Centre for Governance that seeks to inspire every citizen to become an active partner in nation-building. Rooted in the Fundamental Duties of our Constitution and guided by the spirit of selfless service, the movement encourages individuals to contribute through simple yet meaningful actions in their everyday lives.

Whether it is keeping our surroundings clean, conserving natural resources, helping those in need, respecting diversity, preserving our heritage, or fulfilling our civic responsibilities, every positive action strengthens the fabric of our nation.

Bharat – I Care is built on a simple belief: the future of Bharat depends not only on policies and institutions, but on the collective commitment of its people. By transforming awareness into action and concern into contribution, the initiative aims to create a culture where responsibility becomes a way of life.

Through community engagement, citizen participation, and local action, Bharat – I Care seeks to inspire individuals, communities, and institutions to work together towards a cleaner, greener, more inclusive, and stronger Bharat.
